All-West Congratulations!!

Congratulations to the four students who made the All-Southwest Senior High Honor Choir: Clayton Pace, Jeffery Jordan, LeeAnn Bailey, and Mary Catherine Loftis! We'll have Junior High Honor Choir auditions on November 3 for our freshmen.

One Down!

Congratulations on a great first performance at the PPAG Open House. Everyone has been very complimentary of the superb job you did! Just to remind you (Chorale and Chamber), Pops in the park is not very far away. We have dress rehearsal on September 13 at 7:00 PM at GPAC and then the concert on Saturday, September 15 in the park at 6:00 (call at 5:00).

New School Year!!

And so, the time has come once again when we all come back to school and do it all again! I am very excited about the prospects of success this year. All choirs have gotten off to a good start, IB music is rolling along, and we've now got A Ca-Fellas as well. It's a good time to be in the GHS choir program!

I've updated the website and will now continue to do so through the course of the year. Again, though, the URL for the choir website is so long, that it's easier to remember the URL for the blog. Just come here and follow the link on the right-hand side of the page to get to the website.

Make sure you come back often and check the blog for pictures, Practice Log incentives, and updates of the choir happenings.
